WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Orders are fulfilled in our warehouses in China and sent out within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
- We offer standard shipping ,Standard shipping takes up to 9-15 business days; However, delays can occur in transit, due to the holds at your local customs office or local post office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
- Delivery times may vary by location, holidays, disaster, and weather.
- Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the workweek. If part of your order contains an item that is back-ordered, we may ship items separately. You will be notified via email if we do this to get prior approval.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If anorder gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during thedelivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of ourcontrol. However, in cases like this, because the packages areinsured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping andfull tracking, if possible.
